There's a theory afoot that the human species naturally favors right-handedness, and that each left-handed person is an identical twin of a right-handed person. I'm not aware of ever having had a twin. Neither are my progenitors. My theory is that my identical twin brother didn't make it, and was lost very early in our development. I am the surviving twin. Hence my otherwise unaccounted for left-handedness.
